Transcript Request:
Seniors please remember to print the verification sheet after submitting your college or university application online. If you were unable to print this verification, print your email confirmation and submit this with your transcript request. Also, if a counselor recommendation is required, please print it and complete the student section and bring that to the Counseling Office with your transcript request. If your signature is required on any paperwork to be sent, please remember to sign it before submitting it to the Counseling Office.
